裂解炉管结构对裂解产物收率影响的数值模拟

摘要 利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent 6.3,在相同温度边界条件下分别对3种不同结构的炉管管内石脑油的裂解反应进行了三维数值模拟,深入分析了3种不同结构炉管的轴向、径向的温度分布和主要裂解产物浓度的分布规律。模拟结果表明,炉管结构对炉管长度方向上以及炉管径向上的温度分布和主要裂解产物浓度的分布规律有着显著影响。用数值模拟方法裂解炉管对掌握管内部的裂解反应和主要裂解产物的分布规律有着重要作用,可以为炉管的结构优化设计提供理论依据。 In this paper, the influence of three different coil structures on cracking product yields is simulated by Fluent 6.3 CFD software with the same temperature boundary condition. The profiles of temperature and main cracking product yields in direction of axis and radius are studied. The results show that the coil structure has a significant influence on the temperature and main cracking product yield profiles in direction of axis and radius. It is useful to study the cracking reaction features and main cracking product profiles in GK5 coil by means of CFD simulation, and helpful to optimize the structure of coils in ethylene cracking furnace.
