汶川大地震给市政基础设施建设的启示 被引量:1

摘要 "5.12"汶川大地震波及重庆、甘肃、陕西、北京、湖北、上海等20个省、市、自治区,甚至港澳台和日本、泰国、越南、菲律宾也有震感。地震对汶川等地造成的灾难和波及范围实属罕见。尤其是震中区道路、桥梁等基础设施遭到毁灭性破坏,给震后及时救援和灾后重建带来极大困难。汶川大地震虽然逝去,但地震造成的惨烈场面令人难以忘怀,引发人们很多思索。该文论述了市政基础设施建设应从中接受那些启示,吸取那些经验教训。这将对保障市政基础设施安全使用大有裨益。 '5.12' Wenchuan Great Earthquake spread to 20 provinces, cities and municipalities of Chongqing, Gansu, Shanxi, Beijing, Hubei, Shanghai and etc., even Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines have the earthquake sense. The calamity and the spreading range caused by the earthquake to Wenchuan and etc. belong to the infrequency, especially the infrastructures of the road, bridge and etc. in the earthquake center were truculently destroyed. The earthquake brings the extremely great difficulty to the succor in time and rebuilding after earthquake. Wenchuan Great Earthquake passed, but the tragic and strong scene caused by the earthquake is difficult to disremember and gives more thinks to the people. The article discusses which revelations should be received from it and which experience and lessons should be extracted during the construction of the municipal infrastructures. It will be greatly bestead to ensure the using safety of the municipal infrastructures.
