摘要
本文报道了用激光加热基座法生长Tm:YAG单晶光纤时,光照区在不同加热功率下光谱变化及其响应时间,分析了形成的原因。
The spectrum of melting zone and its response time have been reported in various heating power during Tm:YAG single crystal fiber growth by using Laser Heated Pedestal Growth method .The mechanism of edciting and emitting is discussed.
