摘要
目的探讨霍奇金样型间变性大细胞淋巴瘤的临床病理特点.方法通过HE、免疫组化染色对3例霍奇金样型间变性大细胞淋巴瘤进行形态学观察.结果3例中肿瘤细胞大小及核形呈明显的多形性,瘤细胞体积较大或中等大小圆形、卵圆形及多形,并有奇异的多形核,瘤细胞粘附类似癌巢.多见R-S样细胞.免疫组化结果CK(-),CK8(-),CK16(-),CK18(-),Syn(-),S-10(0-),CgA(-),HMB45(-),CD68(-),CD20(-),CD79a(-),CD3(+),CD15(+),LCA(+),CD45RO(+),EMA(+),CD30(+),P80(+).结论霍奇金样型间变性大细胞淋巴瘤是一种少见的淋巴源性恶性肿瘤,其诊断依据主要依靠病理及免疫组化标记.
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics of HD-like Anaplastic large eeU lymphoma （ALCL）. Methods 3 cases of HD-like ALCL were studied by HE and immunohistochemistry staining. 3 examples tumor cell size and nuclear forms submit obvious muhiformity, tumour cell volume is greater or medium, nuclear is circular, egg circular and much shape has curious shape nucleus, tumour cell adhesion similar cancer nest. We can see R-S shape cell. Results Immunohistochemical staining showed strong positive expression of CD15, EMA, LCA, CD30, CD45RO, and P80, but no expression for CK, CK8, CK16 CK18, Syn, S-100, CgA, CD3, HMB45, CD68, CD20 and CD79a. Conclusions HD-like Anaplastic large cell lymphoma is an uncommon malignant lymphoid tumor and its diagnosis mainly depends on histopathology and immunohistochemistry.
