摘要
在博物馆管理中提高信任度,是适应社会发展的必然要求。加强信任是组织竞争的主要手段,减少行政干预,突出专家在管理中主导作用,建立管理责任制是建立信任度的重要方法。
To enhance the confidence level in the museum management is a request inevitably to adapt to the social development. Reduction of administrative intervention, enhancing the leading role of the expert in management and establishment of management responsibility system are the important methods to build the trust engine. To strengthen the trust is the principal means of organization competition.
