摘要
其他条件既定,农业人力资本的转移,会导致农业总产量曲线的下旋;同时,短缺点和商业化点相重合的转折点的出现,也会因此而延期。此时,农业成功发展的关键,是农业从业者的人均人力资本投资增长率大于由于劳动力转移所产生的农业劳均人力资本存量的损失率。在劳动力市场完备及农业生产组织企业化转变的条件下,农业人力资本的动态深化会内生于劳动力的非农化过程之中。
Other conditions established, the transference of agricultural human capital will lead the agncultural production curve to drop. At the same time, the turning point of the shortage point and the commercial point eoineidence will be postponed. So the key to the successful development of agriculture is that the growth rate of per capita investment in human capital of agricultural industry is higher than human capital stock of the loss rate generated by the movement of labor due to the agricultural workers. Under the conditions of improved labor market and agricultural production organizations changing to enterprises, the agricultural human capital＇s deepening will be born in the non - agricultural process of labor force.
