摘要
高频脉宽调制(PWM)正弦波逆变器的应用越来越广泛,对其调制模型的定量分析对系统参数设计和方案优化有重要帮助。通过双重傅里叶变换得到了正弦波逆变器3种主要PWM方法的调制模型,提出了一种新型单极性正弦波PMW(SPWM)方法,并给出了其调制模型。通过对各种调制方法的分析和比较,确定了在不同场合下的最佳调制策略:对于单相全桥逆变器,倍频式SPWM和单极性SPWM为最佳;对于组合型三相逆变器,新型单极性SPWM为最佳。仿真和实验验证表明了理论分析的正确性。
High frequency sinusoidal inverter is used more and more. It is much helpful to do quantitative analysis of its modulated model for systematic parameter design and project optimization. The modulated models of three major pulse width modulation (PWM) methods for sinusoidal inverters are deduced from means of dual Fourier transform. A new unipolar sinusoidal PWM (SPWM) method is proposed and the corresponding modulated model is also established. Through the analysis and comparison of various modulated methods, the optimal modulated strategies under different occasions are determined, such as: for the single-phase full-bridge inverter, double-frequency SPWM and unipolar SPWM are the optimal choice; for the eomhinative three-phase inverter, new unipolar SPWM is the optimal one. Theoretical analysis is verified by simulation and experiment.
