摘要
美国贝尔实验室是近现代最著名最具代表性的企业科技研发实验室,它在科技创新领域里不仅取得了巨大的成功,而且人才辈出。这与贝尔实验室优良的科学观和科学思想是分不开的。本文从六个方面对贝尔实验室在83年历程中所体现出的科学观进行了认真的分析总结,它不仅可以丰富我们对科学技术观的认识,而且可为现代企业科技研发机构的发展提供借鉴。
American Bell Lab is the most famous and the most representative Labs which worked on developing enterprises science and technology. Not only did it made great achievements in the field of science and technology creation, but it also shaped many person of a talent. This is inseparables with Bell Labs＇ excellent scientific Sense and scientific thought. This paper gives careful analysis and summary to the scientific sense appearing on the eighty-three-year process of the Bell Labs from six aspects, not only can it enrich our knowledge of the science-technology sense,but it can provide consultation for the science-technology research and developing organizations of modern enterprises.
