摘要
研究生择业观的形成是连续、渐进的过程,是一个受到多方因素影响的过程,就业指导应具有连续性和针对性,应由政府、高校、社会与用人单位多方参与。要对研究生就业指导现状存在的问题进行分析,从增强研究生就业能力的全过程入手,以提升研究生就业能力为目标,构建多方参与的全程性研究生就业指导体系。
The formation of Postgraduates＇ view of employment is a continuous and gradual process affected by many factors. Employment guidance should have continuity and target. The Government, universities, social and employment units should participate in it, analyzing the problems existing in the current postgraduate employment guidance. To construct a multi----participation--based whole process postgraduate employment guidance system, we should start from the whole process of enhancing the postgraduates＇ employability.
