底盘零部件耐久性虚拟试验驱动信号的外推研究

摘要 提出了基于远程参数控制技术计算等效试验路的算法,并通过1/4车体模型和轮胎径向力学模型建立了等效试验路不平度模型。以该模型作为7自由度整车动力学模型的输入激励模型,可算得新车型轮轴处的垂直力信号,并以此为驱动信号完成关键零部件的疲劳寿命预测,为实现真正意义上的疲劳寿命预估创造了条件。 An equivalent test road roughness algorithm based on Remote Paramet er Control (RPC) was presented. The equivalent test road roughness mode l was established according to the model of a quarter of a vehicle and its tire radial mechanical m odel. Taking the equivalent test road roughness model as the input of the dynamical model of a full vehicle with 7-DOF, the vertical force of a new type vehicle spindle can be calculted. By taking the spindle vertical forc e as the driving signal,the fatigue life of key component can be predicted.
