摘要
为了考察西部煤热解气体产物与其组成特性和还原程度间的关系,以神东、宁夏灵武和新疆哈密3种西部煤和平朔对比煤样为研究对象,采用固定床反应装置进行了200-1 000℃范围内热解气体的形成与释放研究.结果表明,热解产物中含氧气体CO,CO2和含氢气体H2,CH4和C2以上烃类的生成均随温度变化呈现出较好的规律性,但不同煤样热解气体的生成量、最大释放温度和释放区间不同;煤中H和O元素的含量与含氢、含氧气体的生成量成对应关系;3种西部煤的弱还原性使其热解呈现出明显不同于强还原性平朔煤的热解特性,西部弱还原性煤热解将形成相对较多的含氧气体和较少的含氢气体.
Three coals from Shendong, Lingwu and Hami mine in Western China and one coal from Pingshuo mine in Central China were selected to research the effects of the structural characteristics and reducibility of coals on the gaseous products during pyrolysis. The pyrolysis experiments were completed in a fixed bed reactor at 200-1 000 ℃. The results show that the change trends of gaseous products CO, CO2, H2, CH4 and C2 hydrocarbon are similar with in- creasing temperature for all coal samples. The yield and maximum releasing temperature are obviously different for different kinds of coal sample. The releasing amount of containing-H and containing-O gaseous products is consistent with the element content of H and O in coal. Compared with Pingshuo coal, the pyrolysis characteristics of three coals with weaker reducibility are obviously different. The accumulative yields of gases containing-O are higher and that of gases containing-H are lower during the pyrolysis of three coals in Western China.
