摘要
把2-甲基-2-丙基-1,3-丙二醇和无水氰酸钠加入到氯仿中,在低温的条件下,连续通入干燥氯化氢气体进行酯化反应,得到2-甲基-2-丙基-1,3-丙二醇二氨基甲酸酯(甲丙氨酯),用热水重结晶,收率达85%。当把无水氰酸钠改为分三次投料时,收率提高到93%。并通过IR和HNMR,对目标产物进行了表征。
2-methyl-2-propyl-1,3-propanediol and anhydrous sodium cyanate were added in chloroform, with low temperiture condiction, dry gaseous hydrochloride were inlet to perform esterification reaction, giving 2-methyl-2-propyl-1,3-propanediol dicarbamate (meprobamate), with a yield of 85 % after recrystallization from hot water. When anhydrous sodium cyanate were added in three batches, the yield rose up to 93 %. The titled compound were characterized by IR and HNMR.
