摘要
对使用碎解和过洗涤处理后ONP浆料的白度和ERIC(又称过洗涤白度和结合残余油墨浓度)评价油墨剥离程度的可行性进行了研究,并对过洗涤处理过程参数进行了优化。研究表明:过洗涤处理能比较完全地除去碎解浆料中剥离油墨粒子,细小纤维和填料的流失不会对过洗涤白度和结合残余油墨浓度产生明显影响,碎解的浆料储存一定时间(50h内)对它们的影响可以忽略。使用过洗涤白度和结合残余油墨浓度评价油墨剥离程度可行,但洗涤过程中的剪切作用大小对它们具有一定影响。
The method of using Brightness and ERIC of the pulp experienced repulping and hyper-washing treatment to evaluate the degree of ink detachment was studied. The parameters in the process of hyper-washing treatment on brightness and ERIC were optimized. The results indicated that the free ink in pulp after repulping can be removed completely by hyper-washing treatment in experimental conditions. And the loss of fine and fillers didn't have an obvious effect on brightness and ERIC of the pulp after hyper-washing treatment. It was likely that using brightness and ERIC can evaluate the degree of ink detachment. In addition, the effect of storing less than two days after repulping can be neglected. But the shear force during hyper-washing treatment had an effect on them.
