摘要
高新技术产业是知识和信息的集聚,其产品科技含量和附加值高,实践证明高新产业已经成为区域经济新的增长极。通过对湖北省区位条件优势的分析,根据目前省内高新区布局结构,以增长极和层级增长极为理论基础,构筑了高新技术开发区梯度扩散带动湖北区域经济发展的一个可能性框架,并提出了湖北高新区促进区域经济增长的3个战略阶段。
High-tech industry has become a new growth polar due to its new economic advantage. The effect of the development of high-tech industry on the development of regional economy includes supporting and pulling the growth of regional economy, creating the fashion of regional resource configuration around the core of knowledge and strengthening the system innovation of regional economy. According to theory of growth polar, the paper indicates a strategic framework of development of high-tech industry accelerating regional economic on the base of hubei＇s present high-tech industrial structure. Last, three Strategic phrases are pointed out.
