摘要
能源是经济增长的重要支柱。西北地区能源储备量相当丰富,其产量大于消费量,西北地区能源的开发和利用直接关系到国民经济的可持续发展。比较西北地区和全国的能源生产弹性系数和能源消费弹性系数,得出西北地区能源贡献度呈增加趋势。我国战略能源政策的选择,一是降低能耗,节约利用;二是提高我国能源利用的广度和深度;三是大举开发新能源和可再生能源,保持人口、资源、环境的协调,促进经济的可持续发展。
Energy sources are the important brace of economy increase. The storage of energy sources is rich in northwestern area,the output is bigger than the consumption in that area,itse exploitation and using are directly related to economy development and National security. We comparise the coefficient of elasticity of energy production and the coefficient of elasticity of energy consumption between northwestern area and our country , and Concluded the trend of energy contrubution increases in that area. To our policy stratagem ,first ,we should reduce the consumption and use frugally;second, we should improve the extent and depth of the energy sources ; third, we should develop new energy and sustainaed energy and keep human beings ,resources harmonizing with environment, which will hasten the Chinese sustainaed development of economy.
