摘要
城市污水资源化是解决中国目前水资源缺乏、防治水体污染、实现可持续发展的最有效途径之一。郑州市作为中国33座最严重缺水城市之一,近年来在中水回用项目建设、加强中水回用的相关政策制定及城市新区污水资源化的规划与建设方面取得了一定进展。在介绍郑州市污水资源化现状的基础上,针对目前还存在的一些问题,如污水管网不配套、水价形成机制不合理、市民的水资源再生利用意识不强,政府鼓励和扶持力度不大等,提出了相应的对策建议。
Wastewater reclamation and reuse is one of the most effective measures to solve the crisis of water resources, prevent water pollution and sustainable development. As one of the 33 most seriously lack water resources city, there was some achievements in wastewater renovation project constructing, policy constituting and new developed area wastewater reclamation and reuse progra taming and constructing in Zhengzhou city recently. Not only were actuality introduced in the paper, the main problems of wastewater reclamation and reuse were analyzed, for example waste pipe can＇ use concept insufficiency, government encourage and support low t match, water price mechanism isn＇t reasonability, civil water reetc. , and the countermeasures were put forward.
