摘要
本文阐述了零件分类编码系统在成组技术中的重要性，并从编码分类系统的结构、信息源、译码机能等方面对常见的几种分类编码系统的信息进行分析。
Applying a kind of VMOSFET(Vertical-electric field effect transistor) to the pulse generator of WEDM can improve its propertis and its character for machining of WEDM. Some typical applications for VMOSFET in the powers witch circuits is discussed in this paper.
