摘要
采用对苯二胺或2-氨基-5-硝基苯磺酸为原料合成了2,5-二氨基苯磺酸,后者收率可达到95%,高于前者收率(小于60%).对铁屑还原反应的研究表明,铁屑粒度的降低以及采用本文制备的催化剂B,反应速率明显提高.
Diaminobenzenesulfonic acid has been synthesized from p phenylenediamine and 2-amino-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid. The product yield is about 95% from 2-amino-5-nitro-benzenesulfonic acid, which is more than from p phenylenediamine(which is less than 60%). The factors which can affect the reduction have been investigated. It is shown that by lowing the size of iron powder and by using the prepaired catalyte B the reaction rate becomes fast.
