摘要
介绍了某液压升降小车的故障处理过程。该车处于"手动"位置时,工作一切正常,而处于"自动"位置时,小车一升降液压缸不动作并伴有不同步的现象。通过对小车液压系统的认真分析,并结合现场液压系统的工作状况,最终找出了小车的故障所在,并排除了故障,使液压升降小车达到了设计要求。
The process to solve the fault of the hydraulic car of lifting was introduced. When the position of working is in "manual" position, the car runs all normal. But when the position is in "automatic" position, a cylinder of the car doesn' t work and the car does not have the synchronized phenomenon. The hydraulic system of the car was analyzed, and based on the working condition of the hydraulic system, the fault of the car was detected and eliminated, and the hydraulic car of lifting meets the design requirements.
