摘要
液压油缸的内泄严重影响液压系统的正常运行。目前判断油缸是否内泄的方法主要存在不能及时检测和微小的内泄不易检测等问题。本文以结晶器夹紧装置的液压控制系统为研究背景,提出采用齿轮流量计检测管道中流量的方法,该方法能够实时检测油缸内泄且有较高的精度。本文提出了四种可供参考的方案,最后设计了油缸内泄检测及显示系统。
The interior leakage of hydraulic cylinder affects the working of hydraulic system, the present methods of detecting the interior leakage of hydraulic cylinder cannot detect the interior leakage on real-time and the tiny leakage. Taking the hydraulic system of the clamping device of casting mould as the example, a method was proposed to detect the interior leakage based on gear flowmeter, which has the characteristics of good real-time and higher precision. Four projects were proposed, and the system of cylinder leakage testing and display was designed.
