针对我国高校与中小学在构建计算机教学网中的普遍情况，结合国际计算机网络技术发展的最新动态，讨论如何有效、合理地构建计算机教学网，并给出一个构建方案．
Discusses about how to construct the computer teaching network effectively and reasonably,and also presents a constructing scheme according to the general condition face in constructing the computer teaching network among our universities,middle schools or primary schools,in connection with the newest development international computer network technology.
