通过对房价收入比和住房租售比的理论分析,建立了相应的计算模型;并引用实际数据进一步分析一个地区的房价和租金的合理性,从而对房地产开发投资和消费起到适当的引导作用。
Through compares to the house price income with the housing sale and rental ratio theoretical analysis, and carries on the proof with the example, further weighs a local house price and the rental rationality, thus invests and expends the guidance function to the property development.
