摘要
通过对建筑施工企业项目经理素质评价现状分析,根据施工项目特性,完善了施工项目经理绩素质价指标体系.采用层次分析法确定施工项目经理绩素质评价指标权重,并用模糊综合评利进行科学评价,以得到对项目经理素质客观、公正的选拔、考核.
By analyzing the present condition of the quality evaluation system of project manager of construction projects, the paper introduces some ways to improve the system. In order to make the evaluation system more objective and fair, group decision of making AHP is used in resolving proportion of the criteriasystem, and fuzzy quality evaluation is used in order to make the evaluation more scientific.
