摘要
通过调研、实验和对有关资料的统计分析,就P7100片梭织机油杂疵点影响产品质量的问题进行了探讨,从设备、操作等方面浅析了油杂疵点的产生原因,提出了一种解决问题的方法,提高了产品质量。
Through research experiments and statistical analysis of relevant informations, the impact of oil and miscellaneous faults caused by PT100 projectile loom on product quality is discussed. The causes and ways to eliminate oil and miscellaneous faults are analyzed from the used equipments and operations with a solution method given to raise the product quality.
