摘要
分析了目前不锈钢丝纺纱工艺存在的问题,介绍了不锈钢纤维包芯纱环锭纺工艺的优点,认为采用包芯纱环锭纺方法可避免将不锈钢长丝进行牵切的工序,而且缩短了工艺流程,成纱包芯效果和力学性能良好。
Existing problems in the spinning process of stainless steel at presem are analyzed with the process theory and its advantages of stainless steel covered yarn spinning introduced. It holds that ring spinning of stainless steel can shorten its process flow by cutting off the drawing and cutting process of stainless steel filament and the formed yam is of good wrapped effect and fine physical property.
