摘要
开展电子商务对于中小型旅行社既是机遇更是挑战。结合目前我国中小型旅行社电子商务应用的现状,通过与大型旅行社比较,发现其经营管理中普遍存在着营观念落后,融资渠道有限,专业技术人才缺乏等诸多问题,要求得生存与发展必须采取相应对策。
The e-commerce for small/medium-sized travel agencies is both an opportunity and more challenge. In connection with e-commerce application in China's small and medium-sized travel agencies, in comparison with the large travel agency, many problems are found, which are the backward concept , limited financing channels, the lack of professional and technical personnel, some relevant countermeasures to survive and develop must be taken.
