C.I.颜料红57:1晶相转移的研究

摘要 利用X-射线粉末衍射法,以α-、β-晶相各自的特征峰为依据,定量分析了β-晶相在水溶液中向α-晶相的转移情况。β相在水溶液中的溶解度大于α相,故易转变成α相。松香处理可减小β-晶相在水中的溶解度,具有延迟晶相转换的效果,延迟转换的作用随松香用量的增多而增强。松香处理还可改善β-晶相的透明度、鲜艳度和着色力。 C. I. Pigment Red 57: 1 is known to exhibit polymorphism; α form and β form can be made seperately in different drying temperatures, α form transforms into β form during high temperature dewatering, with their tone changing. The degree of transformation from β into a in water solution is analysed quantitatively by X-ray diffraction based on the characteristic peaks of α and β. The solubility of β form in water is greater than that of α form, so β form can transform into α form easily. Rosination reduces the solubility of β form in water and delays the crystal transformation. The more the quantity of rosin, the greater the effect of delaying the transformation. The rosination can improve transparency, brightness and colorness of β form at the same time.
