摘要
对国内首套采用双膜法(微滤+反渗透)的广石化污水净化回用装置近两年的运行情况进行总结,分析装置在生产运行过程中出现问题的原因,并提出相应的改进方案,完善污水净化回用装置的生产工艺,从生产实践对双膜法技术在污水回用领域运用的可行性进行新的论述。
This paper summarizes the operation of wastewater purification and reuse unit at Guangzhou Petrochemical Company,which is the first unit in China to adopt dual membrane process (CMF+ RO),analyzes the causes of the problems in opera- tion,advances corresponding improvement measures, perfects the production process for wastewater purifi- cation and reuse unit,and discusses the feasibility of applying dual membrane process in wastewater reuse.
