摘要
随着石化企业的快速发展,新建、改建、扩建项目逐年增加,往往需要临时用电。由于用电过程中可能产生电弧、电火花等危险因素,属于安全防范的重要管理内容之一,如果这些用电线路安装和使用不当、管理不严,很容易发生事故。为达到不发生事故,不损害人身健康、确保施工安全的目标,必须做好临时用电的安全管理,采取安全技术措施。
With the rapid development of petrochemi- cal enterprises,the number of new,revamped and expanded projects increases year by year,therefore temporary power supply is needed sometimes.Since there are hazardous factors,such as electric arc and electric spark,in course of power utilization,man- agement on temporary power supply should be strengthened.Accidents will easily happen in case of improper installation or use of power supply lines.To reach the goal of zero accident,zero harm to personal health and safe construction,safety management on temporary power supply is very important.
