红霉素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病大鼠基质金属蛋白酶-9的影响 被引量:5

摘要 COPD具有气道气流受限的特征,且气流受限不完全可逆,呈进行性发展,与肺部对香烟烟雾等有害气体或有害颗粒的异常炎症反应有关。近年来人们发现,大环内酯类药物的显著特点是吞噬细胞内的高度聚集性,可以改变宿主反应细胞的功能,具有抗炎和免疫调节等作用,且对气道慢性炎症反应具有肯定的疗效。红霉素作为大环内酯类药物的代表,其抗炎活性在COPD治疗中具有一定的临床意义。
