摘要 目的探讨T2-mapping MR成像对外伤性膝关节软骨早期损伤的应用价值。资料与方法对照组10名,病例组20例,运用T2-mapping成像分别测量对照组关节软骨的T:值和病例组相对应于半月板撕裂处关节软骨的T:值,并进行统计学分析。结果20例患者半月板撕裂中关节软骨表面T2值范围39.9—65.3InS,平均(52.54±7.63)ms,对照组关节软骨表面T2值范围37.6~43.8ms,平均(41.18±1.66)ms。病例组与对照组关节软骨表面T2差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论T2-mapping成像可以发现没有形态学改变的损伤性关节软骨组织成分的改变,对诊断外伤性膝关节软骨早期损伤有很高的应用价值。 Objective To explore the value of MR T2 mapping in early articular cartilage injury of knee. Materials and Methods 30 cases were divided into 2 groups ; case group ( n = 20) with meniscus tear and control group ( n = 10), T2 value were measured respectively in T2 mapping imaging, T2 value of case group were measured in articular cartilage corre- sponding meniscus tear. Statistical differences were analyzed. Results T2 value of surface of articular cartilage were 39.9± 65.3 ms in case group, T2 value of surface of articular cartilage were 37.6 ± 43.8 ms in control group. There was signifi- cant difference in T2 value between case group and control group. Conclusion T2-mapping imaging can reflect component abnormality in early articular cartilage injury without morphology change, and has a high value in diagnosis of early articular cartilage injury of knee.
