摘要
目的研制一台可以应用于外科的臭氧冲洗仪,并进行臭氧对大肠杆菌的杀灭实验。方法在臭氧相关性质和臭氧技术的发展成果基础上,结合现代微处理器技术和集成电路技术,研制臭氧冲洗仪。使用PIC单片机进行硬件设计和软件编程。进行体外实验,配制5种不同浓度的大肠杆菌菌液,将臭氧气体作用于这些菌液。配制臭氧水,使用纸片法作用于大肠杆菌,观察实验结果。结果研制出了臭氧冲洗仪样机,仪器的运行情况良好。对5种浓度的菌液,臭氧气都能够实现很好的灭菌效果,灭活率均在40%以上。臭氧水对大肠杆菌抑菌的作用很明显,抑菌环直径为1.52cm,而对照组为0cm。实验验证了臭氧对大肠杆菌的杀灭效果。结论该仪器操作简便,为臭氧冲洗法的研究提供了很好的工具。但与进口仪器仍有差距,需继续改进研制的产品样机。
Objective To develop a surgical irrigator with ozone and study its effect on inactivation of Escherichia coli (E. coli) in vitro. Methods The irrigator with ozone was designed on the basis of developmental status of ozone technique combining with the technique of modern microchip,integration circuit and module software. The PIC single chip was adopted for the hardware design and software programming. Five different concentrations of E. coli were prepared and treated with ozone. The experimental results were observed after treating ozone solution on E. coli with paper strip method. Results The irrigator with ozone was developed and performed successfully. The good bacteriostatic results were observed in 5 different concentrations of E. coli treated with ozone by the inactivation rates more than 40 percent. The inhibition effect of ozone-water on E. coli was found obviously. The diameter of antibacterial cycle was 1.52 cm, while that in control group was 0 cm. It was demonstrated the inactivation effect of ozone on E. coll. Conclusion The irrigator is easy to operate, which provides a good primary tool for further study on ozone irrigator. Comparing with the imported ozone irrigator it should be further improved.
