摘要
通过对不同代次,不同品种的杂种牛产肉性能的测定,筛选出好的杂交组合。本试验选择15月龄左右的西本F1、西本F2、西本F3和夏西西本牛各6头,经120 d强度肥育。结果表明:夏西西本、西本F3、西本F2和西本F1牛活重分别达到512.50 kg、496.10 kg、479.78kg、430.70 kg,平均日增重分别达到1500.71 g1、405.21 g、1350.32 g1、055.32 g,胴体重分别为297.66 kg、290.02 kg2、75.63 kg2、36.76 kg,净肉重分别为237.13 kg、227.71 kg、215.81kg、183.65 kg,净肉率分别为46.27%、45.90%、44.98%、42.64%,杂种牛均表现出了良好的产肉性能。
To find the best breed combination for crossbreeding, crossbred beef from different generations and different beef combinations were tested. Six heads of 15--month--old of F1, F2, F3 of Local eattle and Simmental and three--breed crossbred cattle （Charolaise X Simmental X Simmental X Local cattle） were finished for 120 days. Live body weight, average daily gain, net beef weight, net beef percentage Three--breed crossbred cattle, F1, F2, F3 of Local cattle and Simmental were 512. 50 kg, 496. 10 kg, 479.78 kg, 430.70 kg; 1500.71 g, 1405.21 g, 1350.32 g, 1055.32 g; 297.66 kg, 290.02 kg, 275.63 kg, 236.76 kg; 237.13 kg, 227.71 kg, 215.81 kg, 183.65 kg; 46.27%, 45.90%, 44.98% and 42.64%. All crossbred cattle showed excellent beef performance.
