摘要
介绍了一种加工梯形螺纹的通用宏程序。梯形螺纹的加工是数控车削的一个难点,由于梯形螺纹加工工艺要求较高,在数车加工中往往会因工艺不当而产生问题,另外梯形螺纹的数控加工程序编制也是比较复杂的难题。文章利用宏程序解决了梯形螺纹编程困难的问题,为各种直径、螺距、头数的梯形螺纹加工编制了一个通用的数控车削程序。在程序中巧妙地结合了普通车床车削梯形螺纹时应用的各种工艺技巧,采用左右进刀法车削、合理递减切削深度、螺纹切削粗精加工分段降低牙侧的粗糙度。为数控车削梯形螺纹提供了一个实用合理的通用程序。
A general macroinstruction program for processing trapezoidal thread is introduced. The processing of trapezoidal thread is a difficulty in numerical turning, because the technique required is relatively high, and some problems may occur during the processing due to improper techniques. Besides, the programming of numerical control processing for trapezoidal thread is complex and difficult. This essay solves these problems for trapezoidal thread programming by utilizing It has programmed a general numerical control turning program for trapezoidal thread with various diameters, screw-pitches, and heads. Many techniques and skills for turning trapezoidal thread applied in common lathe are integrated dexterously in this program. Such as applying right and left cutting, decreasing the tuming depth reasonably, the separation of rough and finish machining of thread turning so as to decrease the roughness of teeth-side. This essay provides a general practical and reasonable program for numerical control turning of trapezoidal thread.
