摘要
目的建立消痔散的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对处方中的防风、甘草、花椒进行定性鉴别:采用高效液相色谱法洲定黄连中的盐酸小菜碱含量。色谱条件:Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm.5μm);乙腈:0.02mol·L^-1磷酸二氩钾溶液(32:68)为流动相;检测波长为265nm,流速1.OmL·min^-1。结果在TLC色谱中均能检出防风、甘草、花椒;盐酸小檗碱在0.36~1.08μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=O.9997,平均回收率为97.65%,RSD为1.2%。结论方法简便快速、结果准确。可有效控制消痔散的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standards for Xiaozhi powder. METHODS Radix Saposh- nioviae, Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim were identified by TLC, and the content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions included: Diamonsil Cls (4.6mm×250mm, 5μm), acetonitrile-0.02mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen piaosphate(32: 68) was used as mobile phase, the UV detection wavelength was set at 265nm, the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1. The column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS Radix Saposhnioviae, Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim could be identified by TLC. Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.36 1.08ttg, r = 0. 9997. The average recovery was 97.65 %, and RSD was 1.2 %. CONCLUSION The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Xiaozhi powder.
