摘要
目的探讨呼吸机相关肺炎(ventilator associated pneumonia,VAP)发生的原因和护理对策。方法对实施机械通气的64例患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结和分析。结果本组64例实施机械通气患者中,发生VAP15例,占23.4%;机械通气时间3~47d,平均19d;发生VAP的主要原因包括口鼻咽部定植菌误吸、患者机体抵抗力下降等。结论人工气道吸痰方法的改进、呼吸环路管理及做好口腔和消化道护理,对减少和降低呼吸机相关肺炎的发生具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the cause of breathing machine-associated pheumonia and the nursing strategy. Method The clinical data of 64 patients undergoing mechanical ventilation were analyzed. Results Of all the patients, VAP developed in 15 cases, taking up 23.4%. The ventilation time was 3-47 days, averaged 19 days. The causes for breathing machine-associated pheumonia included aspiration of field planting bacteria at pharynx nasalis and lowered resistance of the patients. Conclusion Such means as improved sputum absorption, management of artificial airway, good management of respiratory circuit loop and nursing of alimentary canal are of significance for the alleviation of the breathing machine-associated pheumonia.
