单过硫酸氢钾对常见水产养殖生物致病菌的抑制与杀灭效果 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察单过硫酸氢钾对水产养殖生物致病菌的抑制和杀灭效果。方法采用肉汤稀释法测定了单过硫酸氢钾对鳗弧菌等6种致病菌的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度。结果单过硫酸氢钾对鳗弧菌、铜绿假单胞菌MIC值为25.6 mg/L;对灿烂弧菌的MIC值为6.4 mg/L;对副溶血弧菌、嗜水气单胞菌嗜水亚种和鱼肠弧菌MIC值为51.2 mg/L。单过硫酸氢钾对鳗弧菌、铜绿假单胞菌、灿烂弧菌MBC值为25.6 mg/L;对副溶血弧菌、嗜水气单胞菌嗜水亚种和鱼肠弧菌MBC值为51.2 mg/L。结论单过硫酸氢钾在较低浓度的条件下,能有效杀灭和抑制所试验的6种水产养殖生物致病菌。 Objective To observe the efficacy of potassium monopersulfate compound (PMC) in inhibiting and killing pathogenic bacteria in the aquaculture organisms. Method The minimum inhibitory concentration ( MIC ) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of PMC for 6 aquaculture pathogenic bacteria were determined by broth dilution method. Results The MIC of PMC for Vibrio anguillarum and Pseudemonas aeruginosa was 25.6 mg/L; for Vibrio splendidus was 6.4 mg/L; for Vibro parahaemolyticus and Aeromonas hydrophila subsp, hydrophila and Vibrio ichthyoenteri was 51.2 mg/L. The MBC of PMC for V. anguillarum, P. aeruginosa, V. splendidus was 25.6 mg/L; for V. parahaemolyticus, A. hydrophila subsp, hydrophila and V. ichthyoenteri was 51.2 mg/L. Conclusion Potassium monopersulfate compound could kill all of the 6 tested aquaculture pathogenic bacteria at low concentration.
