摘要
目的改进二氧化氯含量检测方法,以提高其测定准确性。方法采用控制溶液pH值、加入稳定剂、活化剂和掩蔽剂等措施对其检测方法进行了改进。结果改进碘量法通过严格控制溶液pH值,消除了溶液中ClO2、Cl2、ClO2-、ClO3-各成分的相互干扰,保证了测定准确性。经比较,选出硼酸钠作为二氧化氯溶液的稳定剂,既可保证二氧化氯稳定,又易于其重新释放,便于分析测定。用传统碘量法测得二氧化氯含量明显高于改进的碘量法测定的结果,但改进的碘量法测得的含量基本接近产品实际标示量。结论本研究改进碘量法测定消毒剂溶液中二氧化氯含量,测定含量准确、容易操作。
Objective To improve the method for determining chlorine dioxide content in order to ensure the accuracy of this method. Methods The measures such as controlling pH of the solution and adding stabilizer, activator and masking agent were used to improve the determining method. Results The mutual influence of ClO2、Cl2、ClO2^-、ClO3^- in solution was eliminated by strictly controlling pH of the solution in iodometry, so that the accuracy of measurement could be ensured. When the sodium borate was used as stabilizer in solution of chlorine dioxide, chlorine dioxide was both stable and easy to be released for measurement. The chlorine dioxide content measured by traditional iodometry was higher than that by improved iodometry, and the latter approximated the labeled amount of the product. Conclusion The iodometric method for measuring chlorine dioxide content in disinfectant solution was improved. The content measured by this method was accurate and the method was easy to operate.
