摘要
本文介绍了发达国家融资租赁业发展的政策经验,概括和总结了世界融资租赁业资本构成模式,并对我国融资租赁业的发展提出了有关市场培育、环境制度建设以及机构体系完善等方面的应对措施。
This articlestarting with the rise of lease financing after the World War Ⅱ, has analyzed the financial leasing fanctions at finance, marketing, investment and asset management, introducted the policy of the developed countries for the financial leasing, summed up the capital model in the general world financial leasing industry, proposed the corresponding solution to cultivate the market, build the organizations and consummate the environmental system for the financial leasing. Finance lease is a modern financial model with reasonableness and effectivity, I believe this model will play its due role in China＇s socio--economic development and construction.
