The key to successful completion of internship lies in its beginning stage. This paper explores the modular pre-job training in ideological ＆ moral education？, law ＆ rules education and management regulations education, which enable the students to acquaint with the internship surroundings and related works, and furthermore to improve the efficiency and quality.
