摘要 对BB370型密炼机胎面胶三段混炼工艺第一段进行了优化试验。缩短塑炼时间,可提高混炼效率;减少一次空翻(压砣提起再压下),可使混炼较长时间保持在高剪切作用状态,对炭黑分散十分有利。采用这些优化措施后,既保证了混炼胶粘度,又提高了分散度,而且能量消耗并没有增大。 A test was carried out on the optimization of the first step in the three step mixing process.It was found through the test that the mixing efficiency could be improved with a shorter plastication cycle;the reduction of the ram up down action by one time could keep the mix in high shearing,which was to the benefit of black dispersion.By using the said measures,the proper viscosity of mix was obtained and the dispersion improved with the same energy consumption.
