摘要
利用有限测温点的方法很难推测陶瓷辊道窑内的温度场分布。为此,采用CFD为理论基础,以Fluent为工具,建立了辊道窑几何模型和数学模型,结合有限体积离散思想以及SIMPLE算法,模拟了陶瓷辊道窑内温度场分布特征。结果表明,提出的基于数值技术的陶瓷辊道窑温度场模拟方法能够较好地计算出窑内温度场分布,可为实际的热工操作提供非常有价值的理论指导。
It is very difficult to speculate on the distribution of temperature field in ceramics roll. kiln by the limited thermocouples. So, in this paper, the geometrical model and mathematical mode of ceramics roll kiln were created by Fluent, which was based on CFD theory; and the characteristic of temperature field in ceramics roll kiln was simulated by finite volume method and arithmetic of SIMPLE. The results showed that the distribution of temperature field in ceramics roll kiln could be simulated preferably by the numerical technology, which supplied the valuable theory instruct for thermal operation.
