摘要
评估了上海医学学科人才建设计划的工作绩效,着重对学科人才建设工作模式创新的探索和工作绩效的成因进行分析,提出了整合各种有效资源,形成新的活力和合力、加大公共卫生领域学科人才建设,增强疾病预防控制能力、增强临床医学中心和重点学科辐射力,提升卫生事业软实力、构筑人才高地,组建全行业多层次的优秀团队等政策建议,同时还对未来全行业医学学科建设与人才培养发展的美好愿景进行了前瞻。
This paper described the performance of medical disciplines personnel establishment.It had em-phasized on the model creation and explored the causative of performance. The policies comments include: integrate different resource to strengthening public health personnel establishment; increase the radiation of clinical medical centersas well as their key disciplines; construction the higher land of health personnel; and well organize excellent teams at multiple level and all type professionals. This paper forecast a better future in the health human resource development as well as their training.
