摘要
公共品供给是决定农村经济社会发展的关键因素,科学合理的公共品供给制度对于推进农村发展战略至关重要。自由化改革以来,印度政府在公共品供给制度方面进行了一系列积极探索并取得显著成绩。本文拟从公共治理的理论视角出发,结合印度乡村治理的具体实践,对印度乡村公共品供给的制度背景、现状、机制等进行系统分析和研究,以期为我国农村公共品供给制度创新提供有益的借鉴。
Public goods supply is a key to determine rural economic and social development. The Indian government has made a series of active studies and achieved a remarkable success since its economic liberalization reform.This paper tries to have a systmatical analysis of the background, present state and mechanism of Indian public goods supply system on the basis of a study on the theory of public governance in combination with the practice of Indian rural governance in order to offer certain reference for our Chinese in innovation of their rural public goods supply system.
