摘要
[目的]研究甘草中甘草酸的提取工艺。[方法]以甘草酸收率为指标,正交试验法考察提取时间、提取温度、溶剂用量及配比对甘草酸提取率的影响。[结果]提取时间、溶剂用量对甘草酸提取率有显著影响。[结论]得出甘草中甘草酸的最佳提取工艺,并通过试验得以验证。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the extraction technology of glycyrrhizic acid from Glycyrrhiza uralemis Fisch. [Method] Taking the yield of glycyrrhizic acid as index, the effects of extraction time, extraction temperature, solvent volume and ratio on the extraction rate of glycyrrhizic acid were investigated by using orthogonal test method. [Result] Extraction time and solvent volume bad significant effects on the extraction rate of glycyrrhizic acid. [ Conclusion] The optimum extraction technology of glycyrrhizic acid from G. uralemis was obtained and verified in the test.
