摘要 [目的]为阐明Pb和Cd的生理作用提供理论依据,为果树的优质高效生产提供技术支持。[方法]以八棱海棠和平邑甜茶为试材,采用盆栽方法,研究了重金属Pb和Cd对不同苹果幼苗叶绿素含量和叶片光合特性的影响。[结果]结果表明:低浓度的Pb(<250mg/kg)和Cd(<10 mg/kg)提高八棱海棠和平邑甜茶幼苗的叶绿素总量、叶绿素a含量和叶绿素b含量;随着培养介质中Pb和Cd浓度的增加,幼苗的叶绿素总量、叶绿素a含量和叶绿素b含量显著下降,其中Pb对八棱海棠叶绿素b的影响高于对叶绿素a的影响,而Cd的作用与此相反;重金属Pb和Cd影响苹果幼苗的光合性能,随着培养介质中Pb和Cd浓度的增加,八棱海棠和平邑甜茶幼苗的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均显著下降,细胞间CO2浓度逐渐升高;而低浓度的Cd(<20 mg/kg)提高平邑甜茶和八棱海棠幼苗的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度,但降低细胞间隙CO2浓度。[结论]Pb和Cd胁迫处理影响八棱海棠和平邑甜茶幼苗的光合作用系统。 [Objective]The research aimed to provide theoretical basis to illustrate physiological functions of Pb and Cd. [Method] The effects of heavy metal Pb and Cd on chlorophyll contents and photosynthetic characteristics in Malus micomalus and Malus hupehensis seedlings were studied under pot cultivation condition. [ Result] The results showed that the contents of total chlorophyll, chlorophylla and chlomphyll b in M. micromalus and M. hupehensu seedlings increased when culttn'ed with relative low concentrations of Pb ( 〈 250 mg/kg) and Cd ( 〈 10 mg/kg). Moreover, the contents of total chlorophyll,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b decreased with the increase of Pb and Cd concentration in the growth medium. On the other hand, heavy metal Pb had great influence on chlorophyll b rather than chlorophyll a in M. micomalus. However, heavy metal Cd showed the reverse function compared with Pb. The results also indicated that the photosynthetic characteristics of M. micomalus and M. hupehensis seedlings were influenced by Pb and CA. With the increase of Pb and Cd concentrations in cultivation medium, the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rote and stomatal conductance of M. micomalus and M. hupehensis decreased significantly, while the intercellular CO2 concentration increased. But the relative low concentrations of Cd ( 〈 20 mg/kg) improved net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance, reduced the intercellular CO2 concentration. [Conclusion] Heavy metal Pb and Cd stress influenced the photosynthesis system of M. micornalus and M. hupehensis seedlings.
