摘要
采用FAO推荐的玻片浸渍法,测定了阿维菌素、哒螨灵单剂及其混剂对苹果树主要害螨种类-山楂叶螨雌成螨的毒力。结果表明,阿维菌素、哒螨灵及5个配组均有一定的杀虫活性,分别以0.1+10.4、0.2+10.3、0.5+10比例复混,共毒系数范围为130.07-166.37,均表现出显著的增效作用;其中以0.2+10.3为最佳组合,对山楂叶螨的校正死亡率可达79.30%。
Toxicity of abarmectin, pyridaben and their 5 mixtures to Tetranychus viennensis zacher was determined with slide-dip method. The results showed that 2 single preparations and their mixtures had considerable high insecticidal activity to the target mite.the CTC of 3 mixtures （0.1 ： 10.4, 0.2 ： 10.3 and 0.5 ： 10） to female adults of T. viennensis were 130.07 and 166.37. the mixture of abarmectin and pyridaben at the ratio of 0.2 ： 10.3 showed the highest activity. The mortality of this combination to T. viennensis was79.30%.
