摘要
通过构造多元统计回归模型研究了高层管理团队(TMT)的特征对企业绩效的影响,并以我国2003年前上市公司中符合要求的部分公司为样本进行了实证检验.研究发现:高层管理团队的特征对企业绩效有影响,但影响不大;高层管理团队的平均教育水平、平均任期与企业绩效均成正相关;高层管理团队的专业异质性与企业绩效成负相关.
This paper studies the impact of characteristics of top management team(TMT) on enterprise performance with the multi-statistics regression model and empirically examines the theoretical analysis results based on the sample of Chinese listed companies before 2003. The paper finds: demography of TMT is not much impacted on the firm performance;The TMT's average education,average tenure are negatively relation to the firm performance; difference career backgrounds is positively related to the firm performance.
