摘要
美国的大学技术转移对社会经济的贡献显著,也引起学术界的广泛关注.简要综述了美国学术技术转移的研究成果,以及我国对技术转移学术研究的主要情况,并给出作者的个人观点.
Technology transfer of American universities contributions a lot to social and economic development, which attracts academic attention abroadly. It sums up the research results of technology transfer of American universities and general situation of technology transfer research in China. It puts forward some viewpoints at last.
