摘要
Pro/E是功能强大的三维CAD/CAM软件,应用十分广泛,在模具设计与制造行业占有显而易见的优势。本文介绍基于Pro/E的模具CAD/CAM技术。以一爪盘的模具设计与制造为例,应用Pro/E软件的Pro/MOLDESIGN和Pro/MANUFACTURING模块进行模具设计与数控加工,阐述了Pro/E模具设计与数控加工的过程和方法。实践证明应用Pro/E软件进行模具设计与制造具有独特的优越性。
Pro/E is a software with strong function of 3D CAD/CAM, and being very widespreadly used, it occupies obvious advantage in the mold design and manufacturing industry.This paper introduces the CAD/CAM technology of mold based on Pro/E. Taking the mold design and manufacture of a claw-tray as an example, Using the Pro/MOLDESIGN module and Pro/MANUFACTURING module of Pro/E software to realize mold designing and NC machining, the process and methods of mold design and NC machining based on Pro/E are elaborated.Practice has proved that application of Pro/E software for the mold design and manufacture has a unique superiority.
